Eligibility: The Reward Program (“Program”) is open to customers of Hook Outlet who are legal residents of California, age 21+ or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation.

Opt-In: Customers may opt into the Program by signing up in store with a valid email and phone number. Students may be eligible for double rewards (4%) by presenting a valid and current Student Photo ID. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Students: Students who present their valid photo Student ID each time upon redemption of points will be awarded double points (4% credit back for each purchase). Student ID must be valid, not expired and have the same name as the customer and a photo.

Store Credit Rewards: Participants will earn 2% back in the form of store credit on all qualifying purchases made at Hook Outlet. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. 2 points are earned for every $1 spent. Points have a value of $0.01 in store credit.

Qualifying Purchases: Rewards are applicable to regular and sale-priced merchandise. Exclusions may include gift cards, taxes, shipping and handling, and any other exclusions as determined by Hook Outlet.

Redemption: Store credit earned through the Program may be redeemed for future purchases at Hook Outlet. Prior to redemption, customers must provide a valid phone number and email address. A minimum store credit balance of $1 is required for redemption. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

Account Maintenance: Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated contact information, including a valid phone number and email address, associated with their rewards account.

Termination: Hook Outlet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Rewards Program or individual accounts if there is any suspicion of fraudulent behavior or misconduct.

Changes to the Program: Hook Outlet may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability: Hook Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the Program or the use of store credit, except where required by law.

Governing Law: The Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Hook Outlet.

Eligibility: The “Reefer a Friend” referral program (the “Program”) is open to existing members of our dispensary (the “Referrer”) and their referred friends who are first time members to our organization (the “Friend”), not location-based. All members and referrals must be over the age of 21 or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation. Must present your valid government-issued photo ID.

Offer: Under the Program, both the Referrer and the Friend will receive $20 off their purchase of $50 or more pre-tax. This offer applies to each individual referral. Both the Referrer and the Friend must make a purchase of $50 or more at the time of the discount.

In-store only: The offer is available for in-store purchases only. Online transactions or purchases via other platforms are not eligible for this Program.

Multiple referrals: A Referrer may refer multiple Friends at a time under this Program, and for each successful referral, will be eligible for the discount if both parties make a purchase of $50+ pre-tax purchase.

Duration: This Program is a limited time offer. The timeline and the dates of the Program will be at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to cancel, amend, or modify the Program at any point of time without prior notice.

First-time members: This offer applies only to the Friends who are first-time members to our organization.

Right to cancel: We reserve the right to cancel the Program, to refuse service to anyone, and/or to revoke the $20 discount if we suspect any fraudulent activities or if the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.

Non-transferable: The discount cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender.

Taxes: The Referrer and the Friend are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the receipt of the discount.

Agreement to terms: Participation in this Program constitutes the Referrer’s and Friend’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

The “Reefer a Friend” Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Program, the Referrer and the Friend agree to these terms and conditions. The decisions of the dispensary, in all matters regarding this Program, are final.
